This document sets out the terms governing the use of the 1088 platform by all users in Malaysia. By registering for or using any part of the 1088 platform, you agree to be bound by all terms stated below. Please read this document carefully before proceeding.

Acceptance of Terms and User Eligibility

By accessing, registering for, or using the 1088 platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately.

To register and use the 1088 platform, users must meet the following eligibility requirements:

Be at least 18 years old at the time of registration.
Be located in a jurisdiction where the use of this type of online entertainment platform is permitted.
Not be on any list of individuals prohibited or suspended by the 1088 platform.
Registering with accurate, truthful and up-to-date information.

1088 platform reserves the right to reject registration applications or terminate the account of any user who fails to meet the eligibility requirements above, or who provides false information during the registration process.

Account Registration and Verification

Each user is only permitted to hold one account active on the 1088 platform. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being permanently suspended or closed without prior notice.

During registration, users are required to provide their full name, a valid email address and any personal information needed for identity verification. 1088 platform reserves the right to request additional documents for account verification purposes, in line with internal compliance requirements.

Password and Account Security

Users are solely responsible for keeping their password and account login details confidential. Any activity that occurs under your account is considered your own, unless you promptly report unauthorised access to the 1088 platform.

Users are advised to use a strong password and not share their login credentials with any third party. 1088 will never ask for your password via email or any other unofficial communication channel.

Usage Rules and User Responsibilities

Users of the 1088 platform agree to use it solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 1088 platform:

Using the platform for any fraudulent, manipulative or hacking activities.
Registering an account using a false identity or another person's identity without their consent.
Attempting to influence game outcomes through unauthorised means or illegal collusion between players.
Using automated software, bots or scripts to access or interact with the platform.

Sharing or reselling account access to third parties.
Distributing harmful, offensive, or unlawful content through any communication feature on the platform.
Attempting to breach or interfere with the technical infrastructure of the 1088 platform.
Taking any action that disrupts or negatively affects other users' experience.

Any violation of the above prohibitions may result in immediate suspension, account closure, forfeiture of balance, and legal action where applicable.

Payment Information and Transaction Policy

Deposits and Withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR)

All financial transactions on the 1088 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Users are responsible for ensuring that funds deposited into their account are legitimate and sourced from payment methods that they lawfully own.

1088 platform accepts deposits via supported Malaysian local payment methods, including FPX and approved eWallets. Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals are as stated in the account section at the time of the transaction and are subject to change in accordance with the platform's current policy.

Winnings will be withdrawn to the bank account or eWallet registered under the same user's name. 1088 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing withdrawals that exceed certain limits.

Any transaction suspected of involving fraud, money laundering or illegitimate sources of funds will be blocked and reported to the relevant authorities. The funds in question may be frozen pending the outcome of the investigation.

Liability Limits, Account Policy and Intellectual Property

Platform Liability Limit

1088 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform — including technical disruptions, software errors, or unauthorised third-party access to a user's account resulting from the user's own negligence.

1088's total liability to any user under any circumstance is limited to the equivalent of the active deposit balance in the relevant account at the time the claim is made, subject to the applicable internal investigation.

Account Suspension and Closure Policy

1088 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any user's account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, abuse, breach of terms, or activity that poses a risk to the platform or other users.

Users who wish to close their own account may do so by contacting the 1088 support team. Any valid balance remaining in the account will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with the platform's standard procedures, subject to required identity verification.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 1088 platform — including logos, text, graphics, user interfaces, software code, brand names, and other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 1088 and is protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or exploit any content from the 1088 platform for commercial or public purposes without prior written consent from 1088 management.

Third-Party Links and Applicable Law

The 1088 platform may contain links or references to third-party services. 1088 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be resolved within the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Malaysia.

Amendments to Terms and Contact Information

1088 platform reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time, at the sole discretion of management. Amendments take effect immediately upon being published on the platform, unless a specific effective date is stated otherwise.
